Team Donate Life - Grace Valley
3,000 miles. Eight cyclists.
Six days. Sounds crazy? It is.

We're a team of eight riders and thirteen crew members — all members of Grace Valley Christian Center in Davis, California — competing this June in the Race Across America: 3,000 miles of heat and dark, wind and rain. We'll be riding 24 hours a day over a period of 6 days. Sound crazy? It is. But we're doing this for a very important cause.
Our team is one of six that make up Team Donate Life. Our mission is to educate the public regarding the life-saving benefits of organ donation while raising funds toward continued transplant research.
We need one last push to hit our goal of raising over $50,000. If you have not taken the opportunity to contribute, don't delay! We need your help to get across America!
Thank you to our Sponsors and Virtual Team Members who have already contributed!

Our Inspiration
Each rider has their own motivation, but our team has a personal story that helps motivate us all to support this cause. In June 2006, Joan Roby donated a kidney to Simeon Trotter. Both are members of Grace Valley Christian Center, and Joan will be a crew member for our team. The donation of her kidney to Simeon has meant a brand new life for him.
